Accessibility Statement

Last updated August 28, 2026

Our commitment

realRemote aims to make its website usable by people with disabilities. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA principles and consider keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient colour contrast, semantic structure and labels, scalable text, understandable instructions and errors, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.

Accessibility measures

The website uses structured headings, descriptive page titles, labelled controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, keyboard-operable navigation, a skip link, responsive layouts, and focus indicators. We include accessibility checks in relevant development and review work and address barriers when they are identified.

Known limitations

Some identity-provider, payment-provider, coding-agent, operating-system, installer, or other third-party interfaces are outside our direct control and may not provide the same level of accessibility. Some technical logs, code, user-supplied content, or generated agent output may also be difficult to present accessibly. If a digital step creates a barrier, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to provide an accessible alternative or assistance.

Contact us

If you encounter an accessibility problem, use the Contact us page. Please include the affected page, what you were trying to do, your browser and operating system, any assistive technology you use, and a description of the barrier. We will review the report and make a reasonable effort to correct the problem or offer an accessible alternative.
