Privacy Policy
Effective August 28, 2026
Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy explains how Mogles Ltd. (“Mogles”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), owner and operator of realRemote, handles personal information when you visit our websites or use the realRemote cloud service, connectors, installed software, and related features (the “Service”). It does not govern third-party products that you connect to or use with the Service.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect: account identifiers, name, verified email address, username, and profile image supplied by Google or GitHub; contact and support communications; subscription, transaction, and billing-status information from payment providers; workspace, organisation, agent, machine, project, permission, invitation, and configuration records; request, result, delivery, approval, activity, diagnostic, error, and security records; and technical information such as IP address, browser or app type, operating system, connector version, device or installation identifiers, timestamps, and network events. Request or result content and metadata may be processed when needed to route, deliver, secure, troubleshoot, or support the work you direct through the Service. Please do not submit personal or confidential information that is not necessary for that work.
Google user data
Google sign-in requests only identity information needed to create and authenticate your realRemote account: your Google account identifier, name, verified email address, and profile image. realRemote does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google product content.
How and why we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts; provide, route, synchronise, update, and support the Service; show the correct identity, workspaces, agents, projects, and activity; process subscriptions; communicate with you; detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, misuse, unauthorised access, vulnerabilities, and failures; maintain records and enforce our Terms and Conditions; comply with law; and improve reliability and usability. Depending on context and applicable law, we rely on performance of our agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. Google user data is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
Sharing and disclosure
We may disclose information: to participants, agents, machines, and organisations when you direct or authorise a route, invitation, workspace, or request; to hosting, infrastructure, identity, monitoring, support, communications, and payment providers acting for their stated role; to connected third-party products you choose; to professional advisers; to a successor in a merger, financing, reorganisation, or sale; when required by law or legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, the Service, or third parties, investigate misuse, or enforce agreements. The Service is not designed to sell personal information, and we do not sell personal information for money.
Your responsibilities and third-party data
You decide what systems, agents, people, projects, and content to connect or submit. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, providing any required notices, obtaining any required permissions or consents, limiting access, and avoiding unnecessary personal information. Do not use the Service to collect, expose, monitor, or process another person’s information without authority. If you use the Service for an organisation, that organisation may be the controller of information it submits, and Mogles may process that information on its behalf.
International processing
Mogles and its providers may process information in Israel and other countries where we or they operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use legally recognised transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards. Mandatory rights and protections continue to apply where the law requires them.
Retention, deletion, and control
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the Service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies with the type, sensitivity, purpose, and legal requirements. Backup, security, fraud-prevention, and audit records may remain for a limited period after account deletion. We may de-identify information so it no longer identifies a person. You can revoke realRemote’s Google access from your Google Account. To request account or personal-data deletion, use available account controls or contact us below. We will verify requests and delete or de-identify information unless retention is permitted or required.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or review of certain processing, and to complain to a privacy regulator. These rights may be subject to identity verification, exceptions, and limits. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Security and inherent risk
We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, scoped credentials, encrypted transport, and operational monitoring. However, no software, device, network, storage system, or internet transmission is completely secure. The Service may be affected by defects, misconfiguration, third-party compromise, malicious activity, or unauthorised access, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be lost, altered, disclosed, intercepted, or accessed without authority. You must secure your accounts, devices, credentials, networks, backups, and connected systems and promptly report suspected incidents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, use of the Service and disputes relating to it are subject to the disclaimers and limitations in our Terms and Conditions; this does not limit privacy rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Children
The Service is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 to create an account or use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can assess and address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service, law, or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where required. Send privacy questions and rights requests through the Contact us page. Mogles Ltd.’s registered office is at 35 Dukhifat Street, Ra'anana 4372034, Israel.
