Terms and Conditions

Effective August 28, 2026

Owner, agreement, and eligibility

realRemote is a project owned and operated by Mogles Ltd. (“Mogles”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern the realRemote websites, cloud service, connectors, protocols, downloadable and locally installed software, updates, documentation, and related features (together, the “Service”). By accessing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organisation.

Intended use and limited licence

The Service is intended to route user-authorised work and results between coding agents, machines, projects, and authorised participants. Subject to these Terms, Mogles grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No right is granted to operate the Service as an unauthorised remote-access tool, evade safeguards, or access any system, account, code, credential, network, or data without permission.

Installed software and operational risk

The Service may run on personal computers, workstations, servers, development environments, repositories, networks, and other systems you control. It may transmit instructions to coding agents or tools capable of reading, creating, changing, executing, moving, or deleting files, code, configurations, credentials, services, and data. You choose where to install and use it and assume the risks inherent in that access. You are solely responsible for maintaining tested backups and recovery procedures, restricting privileges and network access, using safe test or sandbox environments, reviewing every request and output, and independently testing and approving any command, code, configuration, migration, deployment, or other action before relying on it or applying it to important or production systems.

Your account, authority, and activity

You must provide accurate information, protect sign-in details, tokens, connector credentials, devices, and recovery methods, and promptly report suspected misuse. You may connect, access, share, or instruct only agents, repositories, machines, systems, accounts, people, and data that you are authorised to use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you are responsible for activity performed through your account, installations, credentials, agents, permissions, invitations, configurations, and instructions, including activity by people you authorise or by anyone who gains access because you did not reasonably secure them.

Prohibited use

You may not use or help others use the Service to break the law; gain or attempt unauthorised access; hack, scan, probe, exploit, disrupt, overload, intercept, or bypass any system or security control; deploy malware or destructive code; steal credentials or data; conceal unlawful activity; infringe rights; process data without a valid basis and authority; endanger people or property; or attack the Service, its users, or any third party. You may not misrepresent output as reviewed or verified, use the Service contrary to documentation or warnings, or use it in safety-critical systems where failure could cause death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. Lawful security research requires the system owner’s express permission and compliance with all applicable rules. We may investigate, preserve evidence, cooperate with authorities, and restrict or terminate access where we reasonably suspect risk, misuse, or a violation.

Your content and feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Mogles the worldwide, non-exclusive rights needed to host, copy, transmit, process, modify for technical purposes, and display that content to operate, secure, and support the Service. You represent that you have all rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases needed to provide and process it. If you send feedback, Mogles may use it without restriction or payment and without identifying you publicly.

realRemote intellectual property

Except for third-party components and material expressly released under an open-source licence, Mogles owns realRemote and all associated software, designs, documentation, branding, and intellectual property. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

Plans and payments

Plan features, limits, prices, billing intervals, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your order. Flexible is a prepaid plan and may reload automatically as disclosed at checkout. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. You authorise displayed charges when you complete checkout and must keep payment and billing information current.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a paid plan from your realRemote account. Cancelling Flexible stops automatic reloads; remaining prepaid credit may continue to fund complete 30-day agent periods. Cancelling Unlimited stops renewal, and access continues through the paid period shown in your account. Charges and unused prepaid credit are not prorated or refunded except where required by law or expressly stated by Mogles.

Third-party services and agent output

The Service may interoperate with identity providers, coding agents, artificial-intelligence models, payment providers, hosting services, repositories, operating systems, networks, and other third-party products. Their terms, licences, availability, security, outputs, and privacy practices apply. Mogles does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for third-party products, content, acts, omissions, outages, vulnerabilities, or changes. Agent or model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, harmful, offensive, non-unique, or infringing. It is not professional advice and must be independently reviewed and tested by a qualified person.

No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and every output are provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranties, representations, conditions, commitments, or guarantees of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Mogles disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, compatibility, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, available, secure, virus-free, error-free, or compatible; that defects or vulnerabilities will be found or fixed; that requests, files, logs, results, or data will be delivered, preserved, recoverable, private, or free from unauthorised access; or that code, agents, instructions, or outputs will work or avoid damage. Features may malfunction, produce broken or unsafe code, change, be suspended, or be discontinued. No oral or written statement creates a warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mogles and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable under any legal theory for indirect, incidental, exemplary, special, consequential, reliance, or punitive damages; loss, corruption, disclosure, or unavailability of data, code, credentials, systems, or devices; security or privacy incidents; unauthorised access; failed or harmful commands, code, changes, deployments, or agent actions; service interruption; replacement services; or loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity, anticipated savings, or goodwill, even if foreseeable or if advised that such loss was possible. These exclusions apply whether the loss results from use, misuse, inability to use, malfunction, defect, vulnerability, negligence, third-party conduct, or the Service causing or contributing to the event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Mogles and the parties listed above for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Mogles for the Service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the first claim. The limitations apply collectively, are an essential basis of the agreement, and apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, warranties, or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Business-user indemnity

If you use the Service for a trade, business, profession, or organisation, then, to the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mogles and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, proceedings, investigations, penalties, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content; your installation, instructions, configuration, permissions, or use or misuse of the Service; your breach of these Terms; your violation of law or another person’s rights; or access to systems or data without authority. Mogles will give reasonable notice and cooperation, and you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes obligations on an indemnified party without its written consent.

High-risk decisions and emergencies

The Service is a developer and workflow tool, not a safety system, emergency service, or substitute for professional judgement. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for decisions involving health, safety, employment, credit, legal rights, critical infrastructure, or other high-impact matters. You must provide appropriate human review, testing, security controls, and lawful oversight.

Ending access

You may stop using the Service at any time. Mogles may suspend or terminate access immediately for suspected misuse, security risk, legal requirement, non-payment, breach, harm to others, or discontinuation of the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions concerning ownership, payments, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and any provision that by nature should survive will continue.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute relating to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Either party may seek urgent injunctive or protective relief in any court with authority to grant it.

General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without Mogles’ written consent; Mogles may assign it as part of a reorganisation, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of the Service. Mogles is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable plan or service-specific terms are the entire agreement about the Service and supersede prior statements on that subject.

Changes and contact

Mogles may update these Terms as the Service, risks, or law change. A new effective date will be posted here, and additional notice will be provided where required. By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect, you accept them to the extent permitted by law. Send legal questions through the Contact us page.
